Arcpacific appoints Tsoutsis as director, Smith as CEO

Vancouver, BC – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (“ACP” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: ACP) is pleased to announce that Mr. Kosta Tsoutsis has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective as of the date herein. Mr. Tsoutsis brings over 20 years of finance and capital market experience. He formerly worked as an investment advisor at Mackie Research, Jordan Capital Markets, and Canaccord Capital Corp. and has significant experience specializing in developing, restructuring and financing venture capital companies. Mr. Tsoutsis has directly raised over CDN$30 million in development and venture capital for public and private companies worldwide. Currently Mr. Tsoutsis is the CEO and Director of M3 Metals Corp.
In addition to the above, the Company would like to announce the resignation of Mr. Collin Kim from a position of interim CEO and the resignation of Mr. Nizar Bharmal from the director of the Company. Mr. Adrian Smith, a director of ACP, has been appointed the new CEO. The Board also thanks Mr. Nizar Bharmal for this significant efforts and contributions as a director.
