ArcPacific Resources Corp. Appoints New Board Member

Vancouver, BC – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (“ACP” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: ACP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter D. Robertson to its Board of Directors.   Based in Calgary, Alberta, Mr. Robertson was a senior executive at Pembina Pipeline Corporation (NYSE: PBA, TSX: PPL), a company listed on the NYSE and the TSX, and its predecessors from 1985 to 2014. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Robertson was the Accounting Manager before he was promoted to Controller in 1991 until 2000. From 2000 to 2013, Mr. Robertson was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Robertson served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2014.

Since 1978 Mr. Robertson has been involved in the energy infrastructure business in Western Canada and is currently the

lead director of a small public oil and gas producer.

Mr. Robertson has been a Chartered Accountant of Scotland since November 1975 and a Chartered Accountant of Alberta since April 1980. He has been a holder of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Director designation in Canada since 2015.
